Due to the intangible and time-based nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.


 

2. No Guaranteed Results

Our services involve strategy, consulting, and digital marketing execution.

While we aim to improve business performance, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • revenue increases

  • advertising performance improvements

  • conversion rate improvements

  • business growth or profitability

Business results depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, product quality, pricing, operational execution, and advertising budgets.

For this reason, dissatisfaction with results alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.


 

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances and at the sole discretion of MDS Media Limited.

A refund request may be reviewed if:

  • a service was purchased but not yet started

  • an administrative billing error occurred

  • the service could not be delivered due to circumstances directly attributable to the Company

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • marketing strategy development

  • campaign setup or management

  • marketing audits

  • advisory or strategic planning services

Once time, resources, or work have been allocated to a project, refunds will not typically be issued.


 

5. Subscription or Ongoing Services

If the Company offers ongoing services such as monthly marketing management or consulting retainers, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once the service period has begun.

Clients may cancel future services according to the terms defined in their specific service agreement.


 

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered a violation of this policy.

We encourage clients to contact us directly to address any concerns before pursuing a chargeback through their payment provider.

MDS Media Limited reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks that are inconsistent with the terms of this policy.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
